This 8-week wheel-throwing is perfect for students with no experience or who are returning to the wheel after an intermission. Students who complete this course will meet the requirements for joining the studio membership program. Includes 25 lbs of clay and firing/glazing up to 7 pots. Mondays evenings 6 PM-8 PM beginning September 9th. Ages 18 and up. Reservations are required. 6 student maximum. Reserve by emailing erika@sweetartemporium for a link to pay. $300
“Meet Jessica, our vibrant and passionate instructor hailing from Kent’s Store, VA! Growing up, her parents sparked her love for crafts and local history, setting her on a path of discovery and creativity. After 20 adventurous years as a military wife and super mom to three amazing kids, Jessica’s journey led her to become a ceramics and archaeology enthusiast. She’s delved deep into plantation and salvage archaeological excavations, even pottery sherd residue analysis!
